Chris Smith of C1 computing had just finished his first years trading.
Being a sole trader he had just filed his first years tax return. Upon approaching his own bank, plus a number of well-known high street banks for a mortgage he found they were unable to help. The majority of lenders required a minimum of 2 years accounts, if not 3.
